The aerospace industry is not only the high-tech and high investmententerprise, but also a high risk of enterprise. It has high scientific and technologicalcontent, complex system, investment scale, long development cycle, risk of loss etc.characteristics. During the development work, may be just a personnel, a work oflink little neglect or a small deviation may cause a chain reaction, and finally intothe significant loss of space activities and catastrophic, even to the country, thesociety a significant impact. Therefore, to fully realize the quality is the life of theaerospace industry, must always establish the policy of quality first, and adheres tocarry out the work to meet all in strict accordance with the scientific law and thedevelopment program to do every task.Though50years of hard working, China Academy of Launch VehicleTechnology explored the reality of China’s space model management way,successively in technology and management, adopted a series of grasping qualityand the successful measures. On the basis of the standard design, production,testing, management, it summarized a series of standards and regulatoryrequirements, a successful experience for the development of aerospace exploration.However, in recent years, quality management measures approach messy,inconsistent standards, quality instability is also a frequent occurrence, so thatmodels the confidence of the team to be badly hit. The past quality managementmeasures to the current high project already shows insufficient, sometimes alsopresents the messy phenomenon, creates each model practice is not consistentbetween, the standards are not consistent, quality control points set up differenthappens, and to a large degree of existing quality control vary from person toperson. Therefore, China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology needs to explorespace a set of scientific and effective quality management system to improvecurrent weapon research and manufacture’s quality management.Based on the theories of aerospace quality management and integrated productdevelopment (IPD), analysis of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology’sweapon research and manufacture’s quality management model developed by thecurrent situation of quality management, and pointed out its problems, as well asthe causes of the problem. According to the integrated product development thoughts and the frame, analyzes will focus on product development into ChinaAcademy of Launch Vehicle Technology’s weapon research and manufacture thesignificance of quality management work, and then from three aspects of marketmanagement, process reorganization and building products to design thedevelopment model of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology’s qualitymanagement. In order to ensure China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology’sweapon research and manufacture the smooth implementation of the qualitymanagement system, and points out the implementing process, as well as itsimplementation need tools, and from the thought preparation, quality consciousness,department coordination, supervision tracking to put forward the concrete securitymeasures. Though the research in this paper, we hope can play a role in promotingthe development of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology’s weaponresearch and manufacture’s quality management.
