Along with the development of C2C e-business, online stores have mushroomedin our life. Online shopping started to play a more important role.And how to find thesustainable way of development is becoming the most worthy question.This paper puts forward to the concept of online store culture. By using theadvanced experience of the corporate culture, the online store manager could achievea better goal in future. This paper will keep C2C online store culture as the object ofstudy.By discussing differences between the online store culture and the enterpriseculture, we will get a better understanding of the relationship between the two.Through analyzing the effect of online store culture, we will find out the significanceof online store culture’s construction, and prove that the construction of online storeculture would be a trend in future. From some innovative models and by creating anew method of online culture’s orientation, the construction of online store culturewill be built smoothly. Based on the different characteristics of products, the culturecan be classified in five categories reasonably. The culture will help online store get abetter future.The specific objectives of this paper are: study the necessity of constructing onlinestore; Proved the online store culture will bring both the prestige and profits to thestore manager; Designed a feasible construction project of online store culture;Discussed the feasibility of online store culture, and proved that the construction of online store will bring out both economic effect and social effect.
