The Research Of Structure Optimization Of Songjiang District In Shanghai

Industrial Structure is an important portion in one country orregion’s economy structure, Industrial Structure Optimization is apowerful guarantee to realize a region’s sustainable development. Duringthe economy development progress, developed countries or regions alltook a series of policies of Industrial Structure Optimization and Upgradeto realize national economy’s sustainable development. Therefore, takingthe Industrial Structure Optimization Policy that suit local circumstancesplays a key role in the region’s economic development. During the12thFive Year Plan period, Shanghai put forward the guiding direction ofInnovation Driven, Transformation and Development. Songjiang District,as one of the advanced manufacturing industry bases in Shanghai, also isfacing the challenge of Structure Adjusting and TransformationPromoting at present. On the basis of industrial structure’s current statusand industrial optimization policy of Songjiang District, this thesiscomprehensively used the methods of Literature Research, Case Study,Comparative Analysis, SWOT Analysis and so on to carry out theresearch by using the public policy perspective based on related theoriesof industrial policy, this thesis analyzed the advantage and disadvantage,the opportunity and challenge by drawing lessons from successfulexperience and negative experience of the Industrial StructureOptimization Policy. On this basis, countermeasures and recommendations are proposed which suited measures to local conditions,so that the Industrial Optimization and Upgrade Policy established bygovernment can play a better role, and the industrial upgrade ofSongjiang District can be expedited.Firstly, based on the summary of research status and related theoriesof the at home and abroad Industrial Upgrade Policy, this thesis analyzedthe concept and related theories of Industrial Structure Optimization andthe content, effect and implementation measures of the Industrial Policy,and studied the Songjiang District’s industrial structure status andindustrial structure optimization policies. Secondly, this thesissummarized and analyzed the at home and abroad Industrial StructureOptimization Policy and Mode, and on this basis, this thesis put forwardthe recommendations for Songjiang District’s industrial structureoptimization policy, first is to further clarify the industrial planningguidance, second is to overall arrange industrial development spacescientifically, third is to increase the guiding role of industrial policysupport.
