In order to support the realization of organizational goals and the development of the company's business,the modern enterprise has established six modules of human resources system,such as human resource planning,recruitment,training,compensation,performance and labor relations.The modern human resources management should close to the strategic objectives of the company,how to close the six modules with the business needs of the business?Job analysis is the foundation.It is better able to adapt to the needs of the organization's business development of Decomposition of the company's strategy to the Department's task,division of tasks to meet the requirements of the job,and from the perspective of job requirements to carry out human resources work.On the basis of clearing job requirements,the election,use,education,stay mechanism can promote the realization of the strategic objectives of the company.Job requirements and ability are close.Out of capacity,the management jobs are"bricks without straw".Ignoring the people's subjective initiative will be lack of humanistic management potential and vitality.Out of the ability to manage the post lost the goal and direction.The input and output is not proportional,even can become an obstacle to achieve the strategic objectives of the company's reaction.In this paper,through the research on several problems of enterprise job analysis and staff capacity management,in order to put forward countermeasures and measures to solve the main problems existing in the enterprises,provide guidance and reference for achieving the strategic objectives of the company,meeting the demand for jobs and the management of employee ability.At the same time,it can provide guidance and reference for the human resources,including human resource planning,recruitment needs analysis,career planning,compensation system design,training needs analysis and performance indicators improvement.With the help of the implementation of a wholly-owned subsidiary of our province state-owned group corporation-LCCY limited company-of human resources management project of qualification,to research job family more qualified system construction,channel construction,eligibility criteria of qualification review,qualification certification and other aspects of analysis.From a practical point of view,this paper hopes to provide a basis for the management of the company's job requirements,and promote the construction and improvement of the staff capacity management through the analysis of the management of LCCY Co.,ltd.According to the post demand as the starting point,to build a human resources management system with the qualification management system as the core,to provide new ideas and methods for the human resource management theory,LCCY limited practice qualification management based on the analysis of the system research,elaborates the research and development of job family qualifications system construction and implementation of the methods,steps and procedures,with the actual operation of LCCY company,on China's high-tech manufacturing enterprises are introduced,-and more implementation of qualification application management system provides a strong reference value.
