Corporate culture is a collection of philosophy, value systems, traditions andhistory of working style. It is expressed as the overall spirit of enterprise members,common values, ethics and quality of the most culturally and development times.Excellent corporate culture can provide endless momentum for enterprisedevelopment,and it is also the inevitable requirement of enterprise managementinnovation and external manifestation. Good corporate culture can have a strongintrinsic motivation, noble beliefs and long-term corporate strategic planning. So thatemployees a sense of belonging, solidarity and honor to meet the growing needs ofemployees inside.PuXun company is wholly owned by the State Grid Electric Power ResearchInstitute, is a high-tech expertise and software development for the enterprise. It hasnow become China’s power industry, information technology solutions for the currentindustry leader. It has been engaged in intelligence management, and be able toprovide full assistance to all types of organizations achievements of informationtechnology. PuXun ’s social mission determines its corporate culture is particularlyimportant.In this paper, the status PuXun’s culture construction to proceed, respectively,from the level of ideas, internal and external environmental influences, culturalconstruction and management innovation of these three aspects of its problems. Interms of the general idea, in principle, positioning, objectives, guidelines, etc. for theoverall program PuXun corporate culture to analyze the building, combined with theirpoint of view put forward countermeasures and suggestions corporate culture. Finally,the practice research of safeguards to be reminded of PuXun culture, summed up thebuilding of enterprise culture in general practice research notes and points, and tomake future cultural construction.
