A training companies often use a project to operate; the key to success in addition to havea complete project management processes, more important is the selection and training of trainers.However, the development of China’s consulting industry is faced with consulting firms such ascohabitation, lack of qualified consulting personnel issues, as core resources consulting firmtrainer selection methods and standards will be the key to solve the problem, it is necessary toproject involves human resource management areas, in recent years, corporate training in domesticdevelopment is very rapid, in which the medium of instruction for the effect of the level oftraining of trainers of the impact is obvious, trainer competence determines the impact of theeffect of this training, the instructor level uneven, may make training institutions and trainingclients to waste a lot of time and money, but can not get a good performance and training effect.This study aims to create R Automotive training programs trainers competency model, hopes thefindings for automotive technology company R trainer recruitment, training, performanceappraisal and salary incentives to provide some reference.This thesis combined with the latest theories of human resource competency theory RAutomotive technology training programs trainers competency model to study the use of literatureresearch, interviews study, questionnaire study of three methods, using frequency analysis andSPSS statistical analysis Both tools to arrive at the company’s automotive technology R trainingprograms trainers competency model, and come to the following conclusions:(1) Obtained R automotive technology training programs trainers competency model andvalidated its multi-dimensional characteristics.(2) The degree of wins Ren Liwei, interpersonal communication skills, self-efficacy, safetyawareness, motivation and innovation for task performance has a significant positive role inpromoting, is an important predictor of task performance.
