Urbanization is a manifestation of the comprehensive strength of a country or region, thelevel of urbanization in Xinjiang is relatively low, the party’s "eighteen" proposed toaccelerate the establishment of a new type of urbanization, the central economic workconference in Xinjiang also made the process of urbanization in Xinjiang major deployment. But there is a conflict between supply and demand of water resources in Xinjiang, the processof urbanization, the impact of water constraints on economic growth and the process of urbantowns increasingly significant, in the case of water constraints "tail effect" aggravatingcircumstances, to study how the balance of Xinjiang urbanization and the relationshipbetween water consumption is both an important theoretical problem, but also a practicalproblem to be solved.firstly, Xinjiang urbanization continues to accelerate, the level ofurbanization is lagging behind. Therefore,on the basis reference current level of urbanization on water resources analysisand constraint effects of urbanization on the analysis of the people of the town to buildindicators, using one of the urbanization rate indicator analyzes the level of urbanization inXinjiang,Xinjiang water resources and urban the level of coordination between, andquantitative analysis of the binding effect of water on the level of urbanization in Xinjiang, aswell as in water resource constraints, the elastic impact of changes in the industrial structureof urbanization and how the final draw relevant conclusions from the process of urbanizationprotection of water resources in Xinjiang, and water constraints on how to improve the levelof urbanization in Xinjiang suggestions in two ways. The paper is structured as follows: Thefirst part introduces the research background and significance, and recalled the domestic andon the level of urbanization and water constraints effects of urbanization research on existingresearch results are summarized, the present study indicates deficiencies, and finallyintroduces the idea of this paper. The second part of the urbanization rate on the basis of thepopulation who built the urbanization rate, and the people of the urbanization rate analysisand the comprehensive level of urbanization in Xinjiang Based on this method of entropy. The third part analyzes the basic situation of water resources in Xinjiang, and by building awater carrying capacity of water resources and urbanization index and index of coordination, analysis of water resources coordination between Xinjiang and urbanization. ROMER fourthpart by building models and regression models to analyze the impact of water resources in Xinjiang elastic constraints on urbanization "tail effect" as well as changes in the industrialstructure constraints on water resources in Xinjiang urbanization. The fifth part, and drawrelevant conclusions from the process of urbanization and how to protect water resources inXinjiang, and water constraints on how to improve the level of urbanization in Xinjiangsuggestions in two ways.
