In the 21st century,with the rapid development and application of information technology in the Internet era,the rapid development of the Internet of Things,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other fields,the manufacturing industry has continued to innovate.Intelligent,informational,flexible and service-oriented has become an inevitable trend in the development of manufacturing.As a complex production service industry,the logistics is an important driving force for the manufacturing industry to enhance its core competitiveness.More than 90% of the product life cycle is in the logistics chain,so the level of logistics service determines the production efficiency,and also determines the satisfaction of consumers.On the other hand,the logistics industry,an important benchmark for the development of modern economy,has a very significant significance on China's economic growth.Manufacturing is the main source of the demand of logistics,the development of the logistics industry is closely related to the manufacturing industry.Therefore,promoting the linkage development between the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry is of great significance for promoting the development of the two industries and the economic development of China.Therefore,this paper takes the linkage development of manufacturing and logistics industry under the background of technological innovation as the theme,and because the concept of linkage between the two industries is existed in macro strategic level,medium tactical level and micro operational level.Therefore,the research in this paper will be carried out from these three levels.This paper first describes the theoretical basis of the linkage between manufacturing and logistics industry,the purpose and significance of this paper,and reviews the relevant literatures of the two industries from foreign and domestic research,and then the research starts from the three levels of linkage between the two industries: At the strategic level,this paper first discusses the current situation of China's manufacturing and logistics industry development,and then empirically analyzes the linkage characteristics of China's manufacturing industry and logistics industry based on the grey correlation model and the data from 2011 to 2017.The main factors affecting the interaction between the two industries and their changing trends are obtained.At the tactical level,A supply chain network model consists of manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises is modeled to analyze the logistics outsourcing decisionmaking problems of manufacturing enterprises and the distribution of interests of both after logistics outsourcing.It is pointed out that enterprises should outsource their logistics business to focus on their core business,and at the same time improve their production technology level to improve their position in cooperation with logistics enterprises.At the operational level,this paper analyzes the main decision-making problems faced by the department of manufacturing and logistics company.The production and warehousing model is established to study the linkage between the production workshop and the cross-docking warehouse,and a hybrid meta heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the model.Finally,the paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for the linkage development of the two industries under the three levels.
