| Recent years,linkage development between manufacturing industry and logistics industry has been a hot topic in the development of China’s economic.Logistics is not a core business in manufacturing industry and it takes up a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources.Besides,energy that manufacturing industry are willing to input is very limited,leading to the manufacturing industry can’t help but to improve its logistics efficiency on the basis of increasing the input.The logistics industry has specialized facilities and talents,but at present the logistics supply and demand is mismatching.If those two industries can link with each other,on the one hand,it can make up for the inadequacy and improve the internal efficiency of manufacturing industry,thus to realize the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.On the other hand,it can release more demands which promote the scale development of the logistics industry and motivate it to introduce advanced equipment and technology so as to serve for manufacturing better,so as to achieve a win-win situation.As the rapid development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic zone in recent years,manufacturing is a very important industry in economic zone,logistics industry,though started late,but develops very quickly. This paper chooses “The linkage development between manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as the theme and gives suggestions after studying the present situation and existing problems in those two industries.The research method of this paper is DEA-GRA double layer analysis method.Firstly,we use data envelopment analysis analyze the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,and the situation of input and output of the manufacturing industry and logistics industry,and on this basis,using grey correlation degree analysis method analyze the external linkage situation of manufacturing industry and logistics industry,and analyze the degree of association from the inside to the outside of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing industry and logistics industry.In order to ensure the horizontal comparison of the research object,we use this method the whole paper.This paper combines theoretical research and empirical research to study the linkage development between those two industries.Firstly,have a whole understanding about the linkage development between those two industries through the study of the literature and the analysis of relevant principles.Secondly,analyze present situation and existing problems to provide basis for the empirical research in later study.The empirical aspect uses themethod DEA–GRA to analyze the internal efficiency and the linkage condition of those two industries.Due to the differences in manufacturing industries,this paper divides it into labor-intensive industry, capital-intensive industry and technology-intensive industry to study the connection degree with logistics industry.Finally, on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,puts forward suggestions from the perspective of government, industry association,manufacturing industry and logistics industry.In this paper,the following conclusions are drawn from the analysis:(1) The internal efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing industry and logistics industry is relatively high,but has a certain degree of volatility,and the system is in an unstable state,comprehensive efficiency is mainly effected by the scale efficiency,the inputs scale of production of manufacturing industry and logistics industry is too much or too little,it cannot be determined.(2) The internal efficiency of sub industries of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing industry is more than 85%,internal efficiency is relatively high,but the system has a certain degree of volatility,the volatility in the capital intensive industry is larger.The main influence of the comprehensive efficiency of labor intensive industry and capital intensive industry is the scale efficiency,while technology intensive industry is the pure technical efficiency.(3) In consider of the degree of association in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing industry and logistics industry,it is in a stronger phase,the association degree of the whole manufacturing industry and logistics industry is 0.886,and in sub industry,correlation degree of the technology intensive industry and logistics industry is highest,followed by is labor intensive industries,and the capital intensive industry is minimum.(4) According to the theory and empirical analysis of joint development of manufacturing and logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions from the perspective of government,industry associations,manufacturing industry and logistics industry. |
