Study On Mechanism And Countermeasures Of Inter-effect Between The Equilibrim Of Supply And Demand Of Construction Land And Economic Progress In Zhejiang Province

Zhejiang is in a rapid economic development, while the pattern of land use leads to intensive conflicts between the demand and supply. Since then it is a focus to study how to secure supply capability of construction land and promote the sustainable development of economy. So, it will have important realistic significance to calculate the demand status and supply ability of construction land.In this paper, we retrospected the basic information about the development of economy and construction land expansion. There are three directions, the correlation between economic of scale and construction land scale, the correlation and interconnection between economic development and economical and intensive of construction land use, were discussed briefly, in order to study interaction between economic progress and construction land expansion. Based on those, we can define the contribution that construction land has made to economic development, explore the methods and countermeasures of inter-effect between the equilibrim of supply and demand of construction land and economic progress together with the prediction of demand status and supply ability of construction land during 2103-2020 of Zhejiang province.This thesis based on the panel data about the size of construction land and econonmy during 1999-2012 of Zhejiang province, studying the contribution that construction land growth to economy as well as calculating the demand status and supply ability of construction land during 2103-2020 of Zhejiang province with Douglas function, economic growth model and regression analysis.finally, give suggestions to keep the equilibrim of supply and demand of construction land and promote the sustainable development of economy. The research results are as follows.Firstly, there is strong and positive correlation between the scale of construction land and economy, among which the secondary industry is the strongest promotion to construction land and the rate of contribution of land elements to economy is higher than the national average level in Zhejiang province.Second when is come to the relationship between the level of economic development and the level of construction land intensive, there is positive correlation between the level of land intensive, all government revenue, the added value of industrial land, the total social investment in fixed assets and all urban fixed asset investment, etc, while negative correlation between the intensive use of land and per capita GDP, the urbanization rate and the proportion of third industry, etc. Third the predicted results show that under the largest volume of supply of construction land, which will guarantee the minimum requirement completely, howere it will have a serious imbalance under the miximum requirement. Finally supply will not meet the demand in a certain degree, therefore it will make a difference to economical and intensive of land use and ensure the supply ability of construction land. Only in this way, can we relieve the pressure on the balance of supply and demand and promote the sustainable development of economy.
