| In recent years, the market competition of textile and clothing industry is become more and more intense, Chinese textile enterprises are confronted with double challenges:the developed countries and developing countries, frequent trade friction, coupled with pressure to allow the yuan to strengthen, etc. resulting in the tremendous export problems for textile enterprises; it is difficult for the domestic market to digest and absorb excess capacity in textile industries; traditional textile and garment industry is losing its low-cost advantage. Over and above these force the textile industry to speed up industry structure adjustment and upgrading to eliminate backward production capacity on the one hand; and on the other hand, to open up new markets by industry overseas transfer. Well, the proposal of building the Silk Road Economic Belt provides a new historical opportunity for Chinese textile enterprises "going out" to expand Asia and Europe market. Firstly, by analyzing the current development situation of Chinese textile, we reveal outward transfer motive of Chinese textile industry, and stress the new development opportunities for Chinese textile industry that brought by the Silk Road Economic Belt; Secondly, focused on the Central Asian countries which are located in the center of the Silk Road Economic Belt, the article makes an empirical evaluation of the undertaking environment and further analyze the status and conditions of the Central Asian countries to undertake textile industry transfer; then, the article makes clear the status and functions of Xinjiang in the process of Chinese textile industry transferring to the Central Asian countries, and points out the development direction of Xinjiang’s textile industry based on outward transfer; Finally, the article analyzes the transfer mode for Chinese textile enterprises transfer to the Central Asian countries, and presents suggestions to promote Chinese textile industry outward transfer based on the analysis above. |
