Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Simulation Of National Economic Effectiveness Of High-speed Railway Based On Cloud Model

As an important sign of the "transportation revolution" of the world, High-speed railway is the product of the socio-economic development. With the rapid development of our social economy and people living standard rise, transport capacity and people’s growing traffic demand generated intense conflict. Due to large population and vast, construction of high-speed railway to solve the conflict will take important role, so the research on comprehensive evaluation of national economic effectiveness of high-speed railway is particularly important.Firstly, this paper summarized the research status domestic and abroad about national economic effectiveness of high-speed railway, and elaborated research background, research significance, research contents and technical route and etc.; Secondly, this paper analyzed the principle of national economic effectiveness of high-speed railway evaluation and index, and comprehensively analyzed the differences between the High-speed and the traditional railway construction project in the national economic effectiveness, and analyzed the "identification of cost efficiency", " the determination of freight ", "railway traffic volume prediction" and other aspects. According to the characteristics of the high-speed railway national economic benefits, the cloud model was applied to evaluate in national economic effectiveness of high-speed railway; Thirdly, this paper analyzed and established a index system of alternative of national economic effectiveness of high-speed railway, and screened the index system based on the method of fuzzy clustering, then, comprehensive evaluation index of national economic effectiveness of high-speed railway was established. Fourthly, this paper established the evaluation model of national economic effectiveness of high-speed railway, based on the cloud theory, comprehensive evaluation method of national economic effectiveness of high-speed railway based on cloud model was established, its algorithm steps were expounded. And finally, a contrastive example proves the model in this paper is scientific and effective.
