Air Environmental Impact Of Energy Saving Project Of Dongxing Aluminum Co.Ltd.

The formal implementation of the new "environmental protection law", the environmental protection of our country has entered a new stage. The energy saving project is of great significance to energy saving and emission reduction. The main research contents of this paper include the following three aspects:The first part is a preliminary analysis of the project. (1) Analysis of the project construction content:clear the main building three construction periods of division, main project content, public auxiliary main construction contents of engineering the main contents of construction, environmental protection and other engineering. (2) Prediction and analysis of air environmental impact:the project of air pollutant emissions to meet the "limits of ambient air quality standard" the corresponding standard, on the city influence in the acceptable range. (3) The overall conclusion air affect project:the influence of the exhaust gas after the completion of the project during normal production emissions on ambient air quality assessment area is in acceptable range.The last part is the environmental impact of project governance air. (1) The air pollutant total amount control project:index of total amount control of air pollutant is 22743920.88* 104m3/a. (2) Specific measures:including electrolysis flue gas purification and dust removal by ventilation system. (3) The institutions of governance and planning:the construction of sound environmental departments, define its management responsibilities, and making a scientific environment.
