Bottled drinking water uses the water which meets the life drinking water health standards or centralized drinking water hygiene regulations as the raw material. It could be directly utilized after deep purification processing system. The quality of the water conforms to the health standards of the bottle (barrel) drinking water.At present, there are 34 bottled water enterprises with food production license in Sanming. Bottled pure water production is the major business among those enterprises, then the mountain spring water, and the only 3 enterprises focused on the mineral water production. In Sanming, the water quality of bottled purified water follows GB17323-1998 standard for bottled drinking water, the quality of mountain spring water follows DB35/T914-2009 the bottles, barrels (bag) is installed to drink mountain spring standard, and the quality of mineral water follows GB 8537-2008 standard for drinking natural mineral water. The results of the quality inspection of bottled drinking water in Sanming from 2009 to 2014 showed that the water samples tests pass rate is 85.99%, and the quality of the most water samples is good except for 2010. For the water samples picked from other years (except for 2010), the water pass rate is above 79%. Among these three categories of drinking water, the pass rate of mineral water sample is much higher than that of pure water and mountain spring water. The mountain spring sample pass rate is slightly higher than that of pure water. During the quality inspection of water samples, the most unqualified testing items includes total number of colonies, coliforms, nitrite, yeast, mold, free chlorine, conductivity, labels, bromate and pseudomonas aeruginosa.This study investigated the countermeasures related to the improvement of water quality (including production personnel, production equipment, water and packaging, production technology, production, quality and safety monitoring) and to the development of drinking water industry (with the help of government supervision, social and the news media, trade associations, risk warning and risk assessment mechanism, establishing the municipal industry data model and database, etc.). Based on the two points mentioned above, the thesis analyzed and predicted the tendency of bottled drinking water quality to provide decision-making reference for market and regulation, to identify the quality management in this production area, and to guide the healthy and reasonable development of the market.
