Ltd. is one of the important province administered financial enterprises.Financial, investment, capital operation is its main business. From its inception,after 10 years of development, the company operating indicators, the market scale is increasing year after year.But the current domestic economic situation is not optimistic, the financial regulatory policy in a changing, also facing the unprecedented pressure, how to realize the transformation, the innovation and development of enterprises in the market competition of the tide, it is also put forward new requirements on the construction of corporate culture of LX group.This thesis mainly consists of three parts. In the third part, proposed the principles of LX group enterprise culture construction, and then proposed the corresponding promotion strategies.
