Research Of Chinese Customs Trade Facilitation Policy

This paper studies the starting point for the founding of new China. China trade facilitation process began in the early Reform and Opening-up policy in 1978, after a series of evolution, from closed to open, from trade protection to the coexistence of fairness and protection. During this period, trade facilitation policies of Chinese customs also have undergone a series of changes. Since the 1990’s, with the apply to join the WTO, China customs carried out a series of reforms, greatly enriched the connotation of China’s trade facilitation policies, the policy level is also becoming more stereo.The new century, especially since 2010, with the continuous development of international trade situation and the new changes of the world trade, China has learnt from US, EU and Asia’s leading trade facilitation on the basis of national experience, and actively build beneficial trade facilitation policy system of such emerging economies, efforts to expand our FTA partners, international AEO mutual recognition to help domestic enterprises to enjoy access to high-credit world trade facilitation. By optimizing processes in the country, and gradually implement clearance integration, China improved its accompanying "before-in-after" regulatory model.China Customs trade facilitation policy, reform constantly adjust, enrich and perfect. The author lists the current problems and made some suggestions, also on the future path of reform, which must be analyzed in depth in order to further improve trade facilitation customs policy offers a range of ideas and solutions.
