Research On Chinese Trade Facilitation And Customs Clearance Management

Now,the problem of trade facilitation is becoming one of the most important infactorin the international trade after the traditional tariff and non-tariff barriers.The question ofhow to simplify the custom clearance procedure and low down the transaction cost mostlyis attracting every country’s especially the custom departments’ eyes.This thesis mainlytake the methods of induction and deduction, contrastive analysis and empirical study, byintroducing and learning the advanced reform measures in the world,find the proper waysto improve our country’s custom clearance management and then promote the tradefacilitation level to meet the demands of international trade.The whole thesis analyzes the trade facilitation from the following seven parts.Thefirst mainly introduces the background and the literature review relating the tradefacilitation;the second part tries to forecast the trend of globle trade facilitation to show thedirection of Chinese trade facilitation reform;the third gives the theoretical basis of tradefacilitation on the basis of contrasting with the trade freedom;the fourth is to analyze thecomprehensive effects of trade facilitation from the prospective of economic and empiricalanalysis and draw the conclusion of promoting eath other；the fifth is to state thedifficulties and challenges Chinese custom faced in lifting the trade facilitation;the nextaims to introduce the successful measures other countries have in this field;the last parttries to give the reform measures mainly contain legislative guarantee, infrastructureconstruction, risk management as well as international cooperation and so on,make sure topromote Chinese trade facilitation soundly.
