Research On The New Generation Of Migrant Workers Citizenization Under The Experimental Policy Research Methodology For Interest Analysis

Our country rural labor transfer to non-agricultural industries, in the process of industrialization and urbanization has formed a special group that called "migrant workers". Since the 1980 s, more and more migrant workers into cities to find jobs, thus formed a very spectacular "the tide of migrant workers". China’s migrant workers made a significant contribution to the economic development and social progress, as a result of long-term practice in our country urban and rural dual economic and social structure caused by partition, although migrant workers employment in the city life, make a large contribution to the urban construction, they are less than fair treatment, by all kinds of discrimination because their is the identity of migrant workers, migrant workers which has been in "farmers" and "citizen" marginal zone, is not truly integrated into the city, so now the migrant workers integrated into the city have a series of difficulties and problems.Although countries continuously for the policies of the protection of migrant workers, urbanization of rural migrant workers is still the prime problem that block the urban and rural integration. So how to solve the current plight of citizenization of migrant workers and put forward effective policy, is the basic goal of this study.At the same time, it has important significance for the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics as well as for solving the problem of "three rural" and urban-rural integration.There are two main research methods. One is the combination of literature research and field survey. In the beginning of this thesis, through reading literature and field research, we had a comprehensive and real understanding of the life situation of the new generation of migrant workers.The other is the combination of experiment and empirical research.This thesis is based on an experimental method, namelyexperimental policy research methodology for interest analysis to solve the problem of the new generation of migrant workers citizenship.According to the existing policy experiment method steps, designed the policy experiment about the new generation of migrant workers’ Citizenship, discovered the problems of the new generation ofmigrant workers’ citizenship during the experiment, and then putted forward countermeasures and suggestions. This thesis’ main research ideas and content include the following. Firstly, summarized the status about the domestic and foreign migrant workers, then analysis the new generation of migrant workers’ experience and purpose before entering into the city, the living conditions after the city and the intention of the future that based on the survey on the questionnaire of Baoding City in Hebei Province. finally, introduced the experimental policy research methodology for interest analysis,and describes the whole process of the experimental method for the new generation of migrant workers’ citizenship policies.From the analysis of the survival status of the new generation of migrant workers, we can see that the new generation of migrant workers in the process of the citizenship is not optimistic, it need to do a lot of hard work. After the interest expression and the game in the whole experiment course, this thesis putted forward countermeasures and suggestions for the new generation of migrant workers’ citizenship problem from the aspects of system reform, the social aspects and the new generation of migrant workers themselves.In the past studies of migrant workers’ citizenship problem,the policy recommendations of the researcher are mostly descriptive,there was not a comprehensive empirical process of putting forward problems, then solving problems and thenmakingpolicy.The innovation of the experimental method used for the problem of the new generation of migrant workers’ citizenship is that through the simulation of the process of citizenship making policy makers better understand the situation of the problem scene, not only is conducive to the formulation of policies, but also to make the vulnerable groups of migrant workers to participate in the process of formulating the policy process,let them more attention, and can conducive to the real sense of the migrant workers’ citizenship. Have a certain role in promoting for the formulation of the policies of migrant workers’ citizenship.
