The Research For E Enterprise System Integration Project Management Improvement

This thesis based on the E enterprise in the IT information system integration industry undertake system integration project as the research object, All kinds of problems, due to the lack of project management system, E enterprises lack of effective measures to deal with various problems, project results show that seriously affected the enterprise profit and future development. I Hope that through study E enterprises in the various problems encountered in the process of project construction, finding the root of the problem, and taking the introduction of project management system and specific improvement measures, improving E enterprise project management, so as to normalize E enterprises solve the problem of E enterprise project management, improve enterprise operating conditions at the same time make E onto the road of healthy development.Because of the E enterprise by using the theory of project management at the primary stage, this article focuses on the project management system in the practical application, such as document directory building, the project schedule planning, etc. According to the actual application,guiding E enterprises consider the whole project operation from the macroscopic level, comprehensively consider for the project cost, quality, schedule, scope, the team and so on, based on the E enterprise development point of view to make the best decisions, rather than based on traditional enterprise management mode of thinking confined to consider project gains or single gain and loss.This paper consists of five chapters.
