To protect the rural environment is gradually become a new focus in the current environmental protection work. Since 2011,Wenzhou has Increased the intensity of the new urbanization innovation, launched the three separation and three reforming(The separation of political and economic、Land assets and non-land assets、Registered permanent residence and property rights, stock reforming、land reforming、registered permanent residence reforming), The construction of township city、The farmhouse agglomeration transformation。Those have greatly improved the rural environment. But while increasing the overall level of the economic, the rural environmental protection still face more severe problems, such as the rural water environment safety, agriculture and rural areas non-point source pollution, the imperfect rural environmental protection infrastructure construction, the rural environment management system and work mechanism needs to be further improved, some rural environment problem has become the important factors that affect farmers’ health and social stability. Based on the study of the new urbanization state plan, Wenzhou new urbanization practice and the problems of rural environmental protection, this paper analyses the effects of the new type of urbanization of rural environmental protection, and brings up some favorable strategies for the rural environmental protection..
