With the development of economy, state-owned enterprises began to pay attention on Human Resource Management (HRM), and have made a great progress in this field. However, by the influences of management system and history, the state-owned enterprises always have a beautiful dream but hard to put it into effect. The energy industry that the field S Y is in has aggravated the industry competition with the constantly opening of market. And only by winning the battle of people can they have a space for one person in the market competition. The human resources integration of SY has effectively broke through the current management situation of professional management and the bloated phenomena by traditional state-owned enterprises. After some preliminary attempts by SY, they have made some achievements and have a good upside potential.Based on the research of human resource management in SY, it can be found that although the SY company has made a significant progress, but there is still a lot of disadvantages, for example, Departments and staffs responsibility is not clear, the professional quality of the post responsibility is vague, still need to continue providing, compound talent is shortage, employees sense of belonging is not strong, and on-site service level is not high, to some extent, they are restricted the enterprise development.Analyzing the cause of these phenomena, mainly lies in:Human resources plan fails to be fulfilled as expected, enterprise operation mechanism is notoptimal and perfect, job analysis is relatively extensive, part of the personnel quality is difficult to adapt to the request of the reform and development of enterprises, salary welfare system is not perfect, postmanagement is not pure that affect the enthusiasm of the team, insufficient data analysis and application is not enough, etc. All in all, they need to be solved targeted.In this paper,after analysis development of human resources management of SY Company,a new strategy based on the problems from the company is integrated.Including carding cross duties,to eliminate irrational process,detailed work schedule,enhanced staff training,to improve the treatment of employees,to use of information systems fully,strengthen the enterprise culture and so on. The purpose is to find out a way of sustainable development for human resources management of SY Company.
