In the 21st century, everything is changing very fast. As for our companies, the outside environments are uncertain and the life cycle of the products is becoming shorter and shorter. So in order to develop continuously and strengthen the competition, the companies home and abroad put much effort on organizing the studying, the reforming and the innovating. Therefore, the establishment of the studying-style organization becomes the concept of the activation and the refinement of the companies.Recently, the establishment of the studying -style has became a wind. Many companies have decided to establish it and also have achieved a lot. The theory and practice of the establishment origin from the western countries. It is so young and abstract. We have little to learn from. Thus many problems are unavoidable. And how to apply this theory to we Chinese companies, especially the state-owned companies, has became a hot question.This thesis connects theory with practice. It analyzes the ways and problems of the establishment. First, the thesis introduces the theory's origin, its meaning and mode. Then the thesis brings out it own systematic mode. At last, the thesis introduces two successful examples-Microsoft and TOYOTA.Then it analyzes the fact of the establishment in China. Then it points out the problems of its establishment: the misunderstanding of it, the unsuitable constructive mode, and the un-salvation of obstacles.And then, on the basis of the analyses above and its achievements, the thesis proves that its own systematic mode is workable. It also brings out the strategy of its establishment.At last, it also analyzes the fact of our state-owned companies and has a typical case analysis. This thesis combines the systematic mode with the practical company—Shengli Refinery. It analyzes the refinery's methods, ideas, procedures and achievements. At last, it finds the problems so that it can develop successfully.
