Research For Training Mechanism Improvement Of CMB Lanzhou Branch

The competition between modern enterprises is largely based on the competition of human resources. And as an important way of improving staff quality and developing the value of human capital, staff training has been put more and more importance by enterprises. As one of the rapidly developing commercial banks, Lanzhou branch of China Merchants Bank are at the forefront among the similar institutions in the establishment, application and security of Training mechanism, and the personnel quality is at a higher level. However, its Training mechanism is far from perfect, furthermore, the unsound training effect evaluation mechanism and lacking of training rewards and punishment method are still restrictions in sustainable development of human resources.Based on the basic theory of training and training evaluation, this thesis applies management, human resource management, organizational behavior to research the current Training mechanism of China Merchants Bank. Through research and analysis, this thesis find that, firstly, the current Training mechanism is lack of strategic orientation. Secondly, the training plan lacks practical significance. Thirdly, the evaluation of training effect is not in place. Based on this, the thesis deeply analyses the causes of the above problems and put forward suggestions on the training process for the reconstruction, on survey for training demands, on making of training plan, on implementation of training program, on evaluation of training effect and on application of evaluation results. In addition, the thesis states the conditions, steps and problems of the implementation of training plan. Improving the Training mechanism of Lanzhou Branch of China Merchants Bank not only has important significance for its further development, but also provides new idea in training work to other branch of China Merchants Bank.
