Influence Factor Analysis Of The Grain Farmers’ Willingness Of Participating In The Stock Cooperative System

Agriculture is the foundation of the sustainable development of national economy; therefore ensure the food production is the main goal of agricultural development. Food security is the first of all the problems of completing national food safety system issued by the central file No.1" on the Comprehensively Deepen Rural Reform to Accelerate Agricultural Modernization Several Opinions in 2014. In the meantime, deepening land institution reforms, encouraging various kinds of cooperation and appropriate large-scale agricultural operation are equally important. Increasing grain production ability and encouraging the active development of multiple kinds of large-scale operation is re-emphasized by the Central Document No.1. As food production is closely related to the food security and the development of farmer cooperative economy organization is the key of agricultural modernization in China, both are the major projects supported by the central government and also the research hot spot by scholars. In such background, the subject chooses farmers and grain plant type of rural land shareholding c-operatives to analyze and summarize the characters of farmers and the influence factors of willingness of joining in the stock cooperative system. It has important value on comprehending the basic direction of future development of farmer cooperative economy organization and improving the farmers’ revenue.On the efficiency of food production, grain planting farmland joint-stock cooperative system broke the traditional way of small-scale production which unifying large-scale production mode and improving the efficiency of food production. On gaining farmers, the main component of the paper is that what factors to decide their willingness of joining in the stock cooperative system and how to promote the willingness. The paper analysis and summaries the characters of farmers and the influence factors of willingness of joining in the stock cooperative system based on combing the worldwide research literature. Based on theoretical analysis, the paper analysis the character factors, the psychological factors, cognitive factors and production decision factors by building the Ordered Logit Model. In the meantime, the paper applies descriptive analysis and Ordered Logit Model on the investigation and survey of Sihe Village in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province. Lastly, the paper proposes relative countermeasure and suggest according to the result of empirical study.The main conclusions of the study are:1. the scale of land, the knowledge of stock cooperative, the expected revenue, the agricultural inputs, technical support, the grain sales and fund demand appreciable impacts the farmers’willingness of joining in the stock cooperative.2. farmers’ most character factors doesn’t remarkable effect the farmers’willingness of joining in the stock cooperative.3. The grain subsidy has little direct impact on the farmers’willingness of joining in the stock cooperative.Based on theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, the paper proposes the following specific recommendations and suggestions.1. The government and cooperatives should be more publicity to raise the farmers awareness of the stock cooperative.2. The government should support the cooperatives to improve the quality of service and introduce the building of farmer specialized cooperatives’normative.3. The government should enhance the investment of education so that a lot of professional people can be nurtured in the future.4. The government should further improve the grain subsidy policy and assist the development of the farmer specialized cooperatives.5. The government should fully respect farmers’ will and continuously improve the market exit mechanism for the agricultural land share cooperative.
