With China’s rapid economic development today, aviation economics’ development has become a huge impetus for regional economic and social development while all levels of governments are paying more and more attention to the development of aviation industry. X Airline as the industry leader should be more scientific and humane to carry out its human resource management in order to get an invincible position in a rapidly changing market. Employee training is an important component of human resource management. How to change the employees’ knowledge, skills and attitudes through training with an aim to get them do their jobs better? How to improve the existing training system, to effectively manage the training program and to control the quality of training? How to improve the training curriculum system and draw employees’ learning maps, and to clear employees’ career development paths? And how to define training management system and training implementation process? This paper conducts deep analysis and research on the issues above.This paper begins with the current situation of Chinese enterprise training and searches foreign enterprises and foreign aviation enterprises’ training development status. Then it analyzes the X Airline’s status for human resource and training development to find out X Airline’s training problems and analyzes the causes of these problems. Lastly based on the study of training theory combined with X Airline’s existing problems, it finds the ways to solve these problems and proposes effective measures for improvement. The content includes:firstly, raising the characteristics and basic principles for building a new training system; secondly, build a new strategic framework for the training system; thirdly, draw employees learning maps based on the training course management from training system, by using X Airline ground service employees’ learning maps drawing as an example; fourthly, emphasize the training management work in new training system; fifth ly, propose an implementation process for new training system; finally, clear up the new training system’s plan embodiments which includes training resources management, team of trainers management and quality control of training.This paper fully uses the training theories and is closely connected with the reality. The proposed training system can help enterprise to better select, develop and motivate employees, and help them to more effectively carry out frontline career path planning. The problems and deficiencies pointed out in this paper are prevalent in China’s aviation enterprises. This paper also has certain reference value to build up training system for other aviation enterprises.
