Although the research of the system of the training classes of the electric enterprise is in the initial stage, with the further research of the connection between human’s ability including knowledge, skills, behaviors and etc. and the working performance, the electric enterprises will certainly realize the high-performance brought about by talent-post matching and will pay attention to the people’s quality focused human resource management.Thus, this paper summarizes the research methods of the power enterprise management system and conducts an in-depth analysis of the Shenhua SG Company’s current training management situation on this basis:on the one hand, it assesses the job responsibilities and competence of the employees by Fishbone analysis method and sets up a set of training curriculum system suitable for their own characteristics; on the other hand, it generalizes the company’s existing training management service. In addition, it builds a hybrid training management system with the training curriculum system at its core and covering the following company training programs:training program, class teaching, skill appraisal, simulation training, online examinations, online teaching and statistical analysis, by integrating the business process, the related training management service and tailor-made training curriculum system into an information-based system through the information means. Chapter Four carries out a detailed elaboration of the specific functions of the system’s seven function modules and a brief introduction of the system’s designing idea of the rapid development platform for research and development. The system, after being put online, has not only implemented the office automatization of the plan submission, training records and summary in the traditional training but also the current online mainstream functions such as online training and online examination, which has significantly improved the work efficiency of the human resources and realized the intensive management of the large-scale power group training work. |
