The Study Of Agricultural Cooperation Issues Between Putian And Taiwan

Achieving advantages of very similar geography, language and custom between Putian and Taiwan, the two places are complementary in agricultural development. So, the cooperation between Putian and Taiwan has its advantaged predominance. At present, the agriculture of cross-strait are under the large influence of the international financial crisis. For tackling the financial crisis, expanding exports of agricultural products, achieving common development, it has been a common need to strengthen the cooperation and exchange of cross-strait agricultural, broaden the cooperation field of cross-strait agricultural and strengthen the agricultural cooperation strategy. In recent years, it has achieved significant success for agricultural science and technology cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, which has also heavily promoted the exchange and cooperation in agriculture between Putian and Taiwan. But at the same time there are also many problems, for instance, it was particularly weak in new agricultural technology and the cooperation and communication of its industry in the specific cooperation process. So the construction of communication platform in putian with local characteristics of agricultural cooperation is of great significance to promote various forms of exchanges and cooperation between the agricultural, agricultural technology and industrialization of agriculture of Putian and Taiwan. And it is of great significance to promote prosperity of the two places.The background and significance of agricultural cooperation and development of Putian and Taiwan was studied primarily. Based on the complementarity principle in the cooperation of both sides, the possibility of achieving agricultural cooperation of the two places was put forward. Based on the study of the theory of the agricultural international cooperation and literature survey and field investigation, both advantages and disadvantages in terms of agricultural cooperation of the two places were compared. And through literature survey and field investigation, the present status of agricultural cooperation of Putian and Taiwan was analyzed. Moreover, the strategic idea and operation mechanism of agricultural cooperation between putian and Taiwan were proposed. The main areas and task of cooperation was also achieved. Finally, series of supporting measures was put forward in order to ensure the smooth development of the agricultural cooperation of the two places.
