An Empirical Research On The Evaluation Of Science And Technology Project Of XJKJ Corporation

Do a good job in science and technology project management, evaluate science and technology project effectively scientifically, will play an important role in selecting science and technology project, improving the project of science and technology achievements conversion rate and implementing effective investment. In this paper, we use the literature analysis, typical case study method, and the Delphi method to build a science and technology project selection index system, determine the weight, and example the application of TOPSIS method.In the literature, we build the initial Science and technology projects selection index system on the basis of a large number of first clear definitions of Science and technology projects, and science and technology project evaluation, and the theory of Science and technology evaluation theory, project management theory, existing research results included. Secondly, enterprises, research institutes and institutions of higher education experts to investigate the analysis expert understanding of the index system, and determine the weight of each index. Then, according to the characteristics of the field of development in China, the advantages of this article and TOPSIS method, we selected the TOPSIS evaluation model as a method of Science and technology projects selection. Next, according to the results of existing analysis and examples, this paper presents relevant policy recommendations. Finally, we come to the conclusion that each index measurement takes into account the practicality, calculation methods focus on programming, and index system needs further improvement.In the field of Electronic and Computer Engineering five science and technology projects were evaluated, it reacts the operability of the index system, as well as the applicability of the TOPSIS method. Building the index system has a good theoretical and applied value. TOPSIS method for screening and evaluation of technology projects is viable. We evaluated in the field of advanced manufacturing technology, the reaction of the operability of the index system, as well as the applicability of the TOPSIS method. The paper shows a Feasible selection index system and a more reasonable comprehensive evaluation method for the Science and technology project selection of technology service enterprises.
