The labor contract law start On January 1,2008, which regulates and added to the following content:what is responsible for the contents of the labor contract law, how to sign labor contract, laborer trial time, for the laborer of choice of occupation, between the same or similar industries, employers should have what qualifications, the long-term and unilaterally renege on how should the contract and the compensation problem. It also will change obviously now company HR management mode, can cause the company’s labor costs increase, will be widely affect the application of choose and employ persons of the enterprise. This article is aimed at present these changes, this paper discusses how to make our company more reasonable, efficient and steady development, discuss the process of choose and employ persons company, staff turnover, artificial cost increases the risk of the enterprise is analyzed, and put forward the countermeasure and the suggestion.First of all, this article from two aspects of home and abroad to the construction industry employment system and general interpretation, from construction labor costs, the construction industry labor costs to change, the change of labor costs of construction, rising labor costs influence factors analysis to the influence of the construction enterprise labor costs and the reasons were analyzed. And study of countermeasures to construction enterprise labor costs, respectively from establishing fixed construction team, strengthen construction personnel training, establishing artificial cost forecast alarm system three aspects are studied. Next to the building enterprise brain drain management and building enterprise brain drain reason in this. This article proposed constructive application of RFID technology in the construction enterprise labor personnel management, and describes the effect of labor employment information system in construction management. Finally this article in view of the construction enterprise project management new pattern to carry on the blanket and expectations.In this paper, the analysis method is adopted by the combination of quantitative and qualitative are two kinds of methods, it is also in this paper, the basic theory basis. This paper studies are limited, I hope that help to the development of construction industry and provide some useful reference.
