With the rapid development of economic globalization,domestic competition and bottleneck problems of technology and resources in the enterprise development,Chinese enterprises have to trade the strategy of going out as an important development strategy,speeding up the pace of entering the international market.As an important part of national economy,small and medium-sized enterprises must implement the strategy of going out.Only the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is one part of international market,our country can realize internationalization.However,most of the small and medium-sized enterprises in China still regard domestic market as the only place where they can make money.They do not want to go out.Only the small and medium-sized enterprise itself is willing to go out,daring to try,the pace of small and medium enterprises can accelerate.Studies of the going out intention of small and medium-sized enterprises is particularly important.Due to the lack of resources and abilities,the small and medium-sized enterprises can not go out by themselves.Therefore,before the small and medium-sized enterprises decide to go abroad,they will consider weather the external resources can support them going out. The external resources refer to the resources they can get from their external network. including funds,information,the human resource and other resources.The external network plays an important role in promoting small and medium-sized enterprises going out.The internal network characteristics determine the absorption and utilization of external resources and innovation,so the the internal network can impact the relationship between the external network and the small and medium-sized enterprises "going out" intention.So studying the impact of external network on the small and medium-sized enterprises’intention of going out and the adjustment of internal networks is of great significance.In this paper,the external network is further subdivided into the network of government and enterprise,intermediary organizations and enterprise and the netwok of enterprises(including small and medium-sized enterprise cluster and the strategic alliance).This paper respectively analyzes the impact of three different types of social network on small and medium-sized enterprises’intention of going out and the adjustment of the internal network.Our empirical research shows that if the small and medium-sized enterprises can have a contact with government agencies,its willingness of going out will decline.If the Small and medium-sized enterprises can establish alliance with large enterprises, the SMES’intention of going out will be strong.The relationship validity of small and medium-sized enterprise cluster has positive correlation with the intention of small and medium-sized enterprises"going out";The network between intermediary organization and the small and medium-sized enterprises does not influence the the small and medium-sized enterprises"going out"intention;Internal network adjustment changes with the correlation between external networks and enterprises "going out" intention.
