Nowadays, Tourist industry is regarded as "non pollution industry" and "sunrise industry". With the rapid development of the national economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, tourism industry is thriving. Tourism has become one of the important driving force to promote the development of the world economy, Its comprehensive energy than other important single industrial sector, has become an important pillar of the third industry. The tourism industry plays a more and more important role. In the development of county economy, Social culture and environment.This paper puts forward the Xianju tourism as a comprehensive enterprise, with Michael Potter’s competition theory to solve the problems in the development of Xianju tourism, to provide new theoretical basis for the development of the tourism industry; The study of the tourism, ecology, economics and management, combination of knowledge, research, form new ideas; Study on the sustainable development of Xianju tourism industry competition strategy based on tourist experience, highlight the integration of economy and the sustainable development of human harmony format, it is of great significance to explore the economic development of the regional economy.This article mainly from the theory of industrial competitiveness of the tourism industry, with the development at home and abroad and some surrounding Zhejiang province Xianju experience and practice of Xianju tourism, to upgrade the competitiveness of Xianju tourism industry, focuses on the analysis and discussion of improving competitiveness of Xianju tourism, and puts forward some appropriate measures to enhance the competitiveness of tourism industry of Xianju.This paper is mainly divided into six parts:The first part mainly elaborates the domestic and foreign tourism industry background, understand the overall development of tourism industry big environment, prepare for the analysis of the external environment.The second part is mainly expounds several concepts related to the competitiveness of the tourism industry, in order to facilitate a better understanding of this piece of content.The third part is the status of Xianju tourism industry development, analysis of Xianju tourism current environment, and the existence of some problems in.The fourth part is based on the basis of the front analysis, restricting factors affecting the competitiveness of the tourism industry in Xianju.The five part reference to other scholars on regional tourism industry competitiveness based on the practice of Xianju of Xianju tourism industry competitive strategy.The sixth part summarizes the research on the strategy of developing tourism in Xianju conclusions and deficiencies in the analysis and evaluation.
