In the range of HR management, the core work of HR department is try one’s best to employ the fittest worker and make the appropriate incentive policy to inspire the workers’personal potential to create economic and social benefits. This thesis is consist of two aspects, one is to study which incentive measures could be used for keeping the employee from leaving, and the other one is to study which incentive measures could be taken advantage to develop employee’s subjective initiative in order to promote the growth of enterprise quickly and healthily.In this thesis, I would like to take H Company as a study object and try to design employee incentive system for the growth enterprise with the help of theory document and questionnaire. All kinds of incentive theories would be used as a guide in this thesis, such as Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, Ehrenberg’s two factor theory, McFarland’s achievement incentive theory, Vroom’s expectancy theory, Adams’equity theory, Locke’s Goal-Setting Theory. The main thread of the thesis is the way to keep employee in the enterprise and the way to motivate them. First of all, the incentive theories of domestic and overseas will be stated systematical, then H Company’s employee incentive demand would be obtained through my empirical analysis and questionnaire after the company’s HR current status was analyzed. Based on that, the incentive system is designed from two dimensions, the first one is the basic incentive policy guided by staying the employee in the enterprise. The second one is the inner motivation incentive policy to advance employee’s working enthusiasm. For promoting the practical of employee incentive system of H Company, I would analysis and state the supporting measures of this incentive system in the last part of this thesis.The conclusion could be draw from this thesis:Salary welfare incentive and corporation culture incentive is the basic policy for normal operation of H company; Achievement incentive and personal growth incentive are higher level incentive demand of employee, which would develop employee’s working initiative. The boundary between basic incentive and inner motivation incentive is not so clear, which should complement each other in daily work, so the specific incentive policy should be applied according to the development feature of corporation. For promoting the practical of employee incentive system of H Company, I would analysis and state the supporting measures of this incentive system in the last part of this thesis.
