A Empirical Study Of The Driving Force Of Hollow Village Formation,Jincheng

With the rapid development of urbanization, hollow village emerges in rural areajust as farmers live both in rural and urban area.In addition,building new householdwithout old household reclamation also intriggers hollow village. The development ofhollow village has brought some negative effects on the socio-economic. Therefore,the study of the formation mechanism of hollow village is necessary. This article setsJincheng, Shanxi Province as an example to study.The main body of this arcticle is asfollows:The first part:the study of situation analysis of hollow village. This part analysesthe degree of hollow village, then analyses the spatial distribution of Jincheng hollowvillage applied with ESDA. The results are:the stage of Jincheng hollow village is in amoderate degree.While the degree of Qinshui County is the most serious of the sixcounties in Jincheng.The distribution of Jincheng hollow village shows significantspatial non-stationary, in which the hollow degree villages in the west of Jincheng ishigher than the eastern region;andnorthwestern village is higher than southwest.Jincheng hollow rate has a strong positive correlation in space. Hollow rate higherconcentration areas are mainly located in the area Qinshui County, northwest of ofJincheng, Hollow rate low gathering areaare mainly located in the northern city ofGaoping Jincheng City and Lingchuan County.The second part: the study of hollow village driving forces. Based onsettinghollow driving force indicators, the part introduces the GWR model and OLSmodel,and finally gets the driving force of the hollow village in both city level andcounty level. The results are:The driving factors that reverse the formation of hollowvillage include population density, per capita net income of farmers, road density,rural road density,while the distance from the county, the proportion ofnon-agricultural population, account annual growth rate, terrain landscapes, places areproduction value, polyethylene positively promote the formation of hollow village.Especially population density and distance from the county play a significant role inthe formation of hollow village.The main driving forces of Qinshui County includeunreasonable population distribution, excessivelyincreasing account, a low level ofinfrastructure and low-cost farmland occupying; The main driving forces ofYangcheng includean intensive distribution industry, terrain, account increasing.Themain driving forces of Gaoping are low radiation of central town, poor infrastructure,and the increasing of non-agricultural population; the main driving forces ofLingchuan include a low level of economic development, the increasing ofnon-agricultural population and low cost farmland occupying; The main drivingforces of Zezhou include intensive distribution of industry and the increasing ofnon-agricultural population.The third part: the corresponding measures. Acccording to the analysis above,referencing to related materials, the measures of anti hollow village in the progress ofurbanization are put forward.
