Internal Land Use Change And Driving Force In Villages

The foundation of Rural Revitalization Strategy is scientific village planning.And the premise of village planning is to master the present situation and change process of village land.With the Rural Revitalization Strategy put forward,rural areas will become the center of social development.In order to ensure the effective implementation of policy measures,it is necessary to carry out intensive research on village land.On the basis of the construction of village land classification,take Luzhuang Village as an object,and use field surveys,landscape pattern indices,mathematical models,GIS and RS methods and others methods to do a multi-perspective research of the characteristics and driving forces of village land development.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The evolution of village land in the village scale has experienced continuous expansion of scale and continuous concentration of space.The expansion speed of the study area is 1.08 hm2/a in 35 years,and the area increases by 15.5hm2;per capita village land scale has changed from 212.35m2/person to 188.5m2/person by 2015 in the past 35 year,.The landscape shape index of the study area first decreases and then rises.The shape compactness index first rises and then decreases.The spatial pattern of village plots tends to be square.The evolution process of natural villages Luzhuang is similar to the overall characteristics of the study area,while Gang Sun is different;the spatial structure has gone through the process of decentralization to centralization and decentralization,and compared with Gang Sun,Luzhuang has significant geographical advantages.(2)On the plot scale,land use in villages is characterized by increased types,functional upgrading,layout differentiation and diversified utilization.During the study period,there are 4 new types of land use in the study period,and the transfer activity between different types is strong.The function space of village land undergoes the evolution process of the space for production and living functions,and the space for living functions,and then space for enjoying living functions.In terms of the distribution characteristics of land use,the business land is concentrated on both sides of the road and the public service land is concentrated in the interior of Luzhuang village.The spatial distribution is inhomogeneous.The residential land has undergone an evolution process of idle,abandoned and multi-purpose.The whole village has undergone the evolution process of solid,sub hollow,hollowed and re solid,however,the current research area has great potential for theoretical and practical remediation.(3)The change of village land is the result of a combination of various factors.There are differences in driving factors of village land use change at different times.The factor of population in the study area is the main factor that hs run the evolution of village land use.There is no significant difference in the natural conditions of village land extension.Economic factors and traffic factors dominate the change of village land in different research periods.Therefore,suggestions are made such as on the basis of controlling the existing land classes,give full play to the paid system,configure public resources according to the difference in the demand function area,and multi industry should be integrated and developed;compile scientific land use planning at the village level,actively carry out land consolidation,reduce natural villages to build new rural communities,accelerate the development of industry and improve the income level of farmers.The land use change in the study area has significant differences in village,plot and state.Village land at different scales has different problems.Therefore,a profound study of the relationship between the characteristics of village land and the driving factors will help to optimize the layout of land use and upgrade the function,increase the level of land conservation and intensive use.
