In the modern society, the economic situation is changing like a rising wind and scudding clouds both at home and abroad. The market economy is now playing a dominant role and becoming more and more important in the development of the whole society. Meanwhile, the effect of the invisible hand of government is becoming smaller. In this complicated environment of economy, the key to success lies in the talented. In order to make a breakthrough and stand out from the fierce market competition, it is extremely urgent for CR Micro-Credit Company to optimize the design for the salary system.Salary management is at the core of the whole enterprise management. It plays an important role in recruiting and retaining talents, arousing working enthusiasm of employees, ensuring them perform their roles in the company, increasing the whole company level, guaranteeing the long-term development of enterprises and the profit maximization of shareholder and so on. Therefore, it is one of the most concerning topics for business managers both at home and abroad on what kind of salary systems should be built, for the sake of inspiring employees to make great efforts to enhance their professional skills and considering from the perspective of enterprises wholeheartedly so as to achieve the goal of both strategic development of companies and personal interests of employees. At the same time, CR Micro-Credit Company, with state connections, has the same "relapses", which are most conspicuous in the out-dated management styles and personnel management values, as other state-owned companies. In order to avoid being eliminated in the market economy nowadays, it’s important for CR Micro-Credit Company making great efforts to find its own problems and formulating salary management systems, which should be scientific, systematic and appropriate for the company development.First, this dissertation summarizes not only research status both at home and abroad in document form, but also salary management and the related motivation theories. Then, it elaborates the general condition of human resource management and the current situation of the salary management system for CR Micro-Credit Company in detail. Associating with the results of compensation satisfaction questionnaire research, it sums up the prominent existing problems of the salary system in the company and the main reasons for these problems. On this basis, it formulates the optimization design for the salary system of CR Micro-Credit Company and makes the implementation guarantee measures for the systems.This dissertation is written based on the detailed consideration of the external factors, such as national policies, regional features, industry competition and so on, as well as the internal factors, such as the company developmental stage, profitability and payment capacity, personnel quality requirement, etc., which all affect the salary system of CR Micro-Credit Company. Adhering to the principles of equity, competition, motivation, dynamic, economy, etc., and combining with job analysis and evaluation, it not only adjusts the original salary grade and level, but also designs the overall systems of salary structures, including both material compensation and mental compensation, in order to achieve further optimization for former salary system.
