The Countermeasures To Promote The Technological SMEs’ Development By Financial Innovation

To achieve the effective integration of technological and financial innovation in the "Twelfth Five-year",and to deepen and improve financial innovation in China,is the only way to achieve technological country strategy by transforming the economic mode,adjusting the industrial structure,building the ecological civilization.And vigorously promoting the financial innovation in the new period also helps perfect technological development and the competitiveness of technological SMEs. In the 1990s our government initialed the concept of scientific and financial technology, and therefore continues to enact relevant laws and regulations, establish the special fund,make tax breaks and other policies to support the scientific and technological innovation,not only to improve the competitiveness of technological SMEs, but also to perfect the comprehensive strength of our country.Although our government has used several various measures to improve and deepen the technological and financial innovation,the technological SMEs are still facing the difficulties of financing,therefore this dissertation is based on combing the relevant literatures from foreign and domestic scholars, and analyze the current situation and the shortage of the financial innovation to promote the technological SMEs’ development in our country, by referring the success of that in foreign developed countries,and finally to make useful suggestions from the perspectives of the outer environment and the technological SMEs.
