Influence Factors And Countermeasures Research On Technological Innovation Capability Of Technology Based SMEs

Technology based SMEs have developed at a great speed in recent years, and have been an important factor to push our country's economy up continuously and rapidly. Technological innovation is the main power of technology based SMEs to develop continually. Furthermore, people value the technological innovation capability of technology based SMEs more and more. On the premise of it, influence factors and countermeasures research on technological innovation capability of technology based SMEs is very significant. In this article, firstly, it gives the definition of technology based SME, and recommends the characteristics of technological innovations in technology based SMEs. Secondly, by modeling, analyzing systematically and combining qualitative analysis with empirical research, it establishes a function and a model between the technological innovation capability of technology based SMEs and the influence factors, and systematically analyzes the internal and eternal factors that influence the technological innovation capability of technology based SMEs. Thirdly, it finds the factors which retard the improvement of technological innovation capability of technology based SMEs out , and explores them in detail. Finally, it gives the corresponding advices for the retarding factors to the capability, such as setting up an effective mechanism of qualified personnel, consummating the capital support system for technology based SMEs to innovate etc.
