The Current Status And Countermeasures Of Technology Innovation In Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

Today, small and medium enterprises(SMEs) have taken an important role in the economic development of our country, and they cannot be substituted in many ways, such as stabilization of economic increase, promoting international trade, driving technological advancement, decrease unemployment, and so on. At the same time, technological innovation has become the prime mover of the development in enterprises. Thus, it has become a significant task for promoting our economic increase and achieving development in span style to discuss how to improve the management of technological innovation in SMEs.This paper firstly made a summarization of technological innovation in SMEs: including the concepts of SMEs and technological innovation, analysed the characters, advantages and disadvantages of technological innovation in SMEs, discussed the basic process and mode selection of technological innovation in SMEs. Then empirical analysed the status of the technological innovation in SMEs, taking Shandong Province as an example, including enterprise overall level inspection and micro analysis such as talents, funds, information, collaboration. At last, on the basis of the inspection of technological innovation support system in several areas(United States, Europe), made a summary of general pattern of different countries or regions SMEs technological innovation support system, on laws and regulations, organization and management, policy guidance, taxation and financial support, training services, and so on aspects. Further discussed the platform construction of technological innovation system at the macro level, provides some countermeasures and recommendations for SMEs technological innovation in a new environment, including strengthen the links between the SMEs and large enterprises, take the independent intellectual property rights as the starting point of technological innovation, take the creation of brand-name products as the focus of management, create a good corporate culture, enhance corporate human resources development, improve the quality of the operators, and so on.
