Research On The Technological Innovation Efficiency Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry In The Northeast

In recent years, our country in depth adjustment of industrial structure, the transformation of the mode of economic development crucial stage. The equipment manufacturing industry as an important lifeline of the national economy, is shouldering the countries and regions of comprehensive national strength, stable economic development level of responsibility. The core of the national development strategy is the key to improve the comprehensive national strength. In China’s industrial layout, industrial economy and a major part of our country’s economy for the long term. At the same time, the equipment manufacturing industry occupies the half of the industry. For a long time, the northeast equipment manufacturing industry has always been the engine of economic growth in northeast China. It will be continuously improve the efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry technological innovation, follow a new path of industrialization in the northeast of China is the fundamental choice.The paper based on the theory of efficiency evaluation and the theory of technology innovation. The paper introduces the technological innovation efficiency evaluation method and influence factors, and focuses on application of data envelopment analysis(DEA). In this paper, using the Archimedes infinitesimal C2 R model, using SPSS software, through clustering analysis, screening technology innovation efficiency evaluation system is established. On the basis of the data of 2005-2013, the northeast equipment manufacturing industry technological innovation efficiency of input and output data, using principal component analysis for each index weight assignment. On the northeast three provinces in the equipment manufacturing industry technological innovation efficiency was evaluated. By studying the main conclusions: firstly, from the point of data analysis, evaluation result, in 2008 and 2012, the technological innovation efficiency is more effective than other years, and from the point of input or output separately, some years invested in a bigger superiority. But its relative efficiency is low; Secondly, this article found in the process of selection index system and determine with the change of the input index, based on the DEA model to evaluate three changes the absolute value of the equipment manufacturing industry technological innovation efficiency. That is the year efficiency ranking micro change will happen. But the best and worst year sorting efficiency basically remain unchanged, only the middle efficiency value close to the year, sorting efficiency may be significant changes. On the basis of this article has certain operability policy suggestions are put forward.
