Research On Technological Innovation Efficiency Of China's Equipment Manufacturing Industry From The Perspective Of Industrial Chain

Equipment manufacturing industry is the core part of machinery industry and the backbone of a country's manufacturing industry,and its development level directly reflects the technical strength of a country's industrial system and the comprehensive ability of supporting production.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that China is a big country in the equipment manufacturing industry,but there is still a gap compared with the developed countries.To realize Chinese Dream,the foundation of the equipment manufacturing industry must be firmly laid.At present,the world is in the period of great change and adjustment,the global industrial chain is undergoing a new round of reconstruction and adjustment,the development of equipment manufacturing industry has become the strategic focus of the competition game of big countries,China has a complete range of industries,has an independent and complete modern industrial system,and has a unique advantage in the industrial chain.But China's equipment manufacturing industry is large but not strong,high-end supply shortage,middle and low end supply surplus,this is because China's equipment manufacturing industry has low independent innovation ability,low technology level,low product science and technology content,it is difficult to show strong international competitiveness.The current economic situation provides a good opportunity for China's equipment manufacturing industry.In order to realize the leapfrog development of the industry and move forward to the middle and high end,we must strengthen the technological innovation ability of the equipment manufacturing industry and improve the efficiency of technological innovation.Under the background of industrial chain adjustment,it is very important to improve the technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry.First of all,the connotation of industrial chain,formation mechanism and other related issues are expounded,and the relevant literature on technological innovation in equipment manufacturing industry is combed and summarized.Secondly,this paper makes a descriptive analysis of the current situation of China's equipment manufacturing industry and the input-output situation of technological innovation.Then according to the principle of construction of evaluation system,the evaluation system of technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry is constructed from input and output,and the static and dynamic evaluation of technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in China is carried out by using DEA model and DEA-Malmquist index from two stages of technology research and development and technology transformation.The results show that in the static evaluation,the innovation efficiency in the transformation stage is better than that in the R & D stage,and in the dynamic evaluation,the innovation efficiency in the R & D stage is better than that in the transformation stage,and the different sub-industries in each stage show the difference of innovation efficiency.Finally,some feasible suggestions are put forward for the development of the upstream and downstream industries and the shortcomings of technological innovation in China's equipment manufacturing industry.
