Z Company was a guideline of the product manufacturing industry,and rapidly grew into a world-class manufacturer of the products “super-ODM “3C.,just spent seven years.Since built in 2011,Z Company realized that in the intense of the international competitive environment,enterprise to grow continuously,based on the invincible position,is inseparable from the excellent talents to support,therefore,Z Company attaches great importance to the consolidation and training of personnel.First is to understand the employee's training needs,adjusting and optimizing the previous training system,and then hire internal talents and external lecturers to universities to train employees within the enterprise.Employee training it is a form of employees continue to learn,but also the responsibility that the enterprise must shoulder and the important content of the sustainable development of the enterprise.Scientific and reasonable staff training system can provide strong guarantee for the rapid development of the enterprise.With the development of economy in recent years,the country has been introduced policy of strength are encouraged to medium enterprise,Z Company also needs to cultivate a large number of outstanding talents to support and sustain the development of the enterprise.The deficiency of Z Company employee training system under the flow of talent and the development of economy gradually exposed,so the study of Z Company employee training system design is particularly important.This article mainly analyzes the situation of employee training in Z Company through literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method systematic research method and work analysis method.It finds that Z Company lacks understanding of the employee training needs.in terms of the employee training and training plan lacks of normative,over-formalism,training evaluation system is not perfect,the assessment system is not perfect and several major issues.Based on the company's future development strategy and personnel training plan,the author makes improvements and adjustments to the staff training system design of Z Company from three aspects of employee training requirements,training courses and training support.Hope that the relevant research results,can provide a certain reference for Z Company or staff training similar to Z Company.
