As the accelerated expansion of urbanization, the buildings in Yinchuan have been built in a quick speed. It brings a great opportunity for the architect designing. S Designing Institute, a governmental public restructured institution, is contributing to these things, such as expanding the development space, improving the city’s appearance, speeding and promoting the development of regional economy etc. It lays the foundation for building the roads, culvert, water-supplying-draining system, street lamps and also for opening the new land. As for the complexity and diversity of the construction projects, the competition of the architect designing has become more and more fierce, especially the professionals. There is a big challenge in management that S Designing Institute should face.The core matter is the professionals’comptition between enterprises. As a means of modern human resource management, performance appraisal has ensured the core competitiveness and the solid development of a enterprise. This thesis analyze the problems that appear in managing the performance appraisal of S Designing Institute. It helps to optimize the performance appraisal system. It also brings in some advanced instrument which can help to select the performance indicator. All these could let the performance appraisal more scientific, more reasonable and fairer. It provides support and safeguard on the maximization of enterprise’s benefit.
