The customer manager is the main force of the current bank marketing,it is the bridge between the customer and the bank.Whether the account manager can fulfill his duties,or whether his task is good or bad,has a direct impact on the relationship between the bank and the customer.And directly affect the bank's own profits.With the implementation of customer manager system,the importance of customer manager performance appraisal is becoming more and more important.Nanyang Commercial Bank has made some beneficial attempts in promoting the reform of account manager performance,but there are still many problems.In the performance appraisal has not separated from the old system shackles,the customer manager performance appraisal measure is still not perfect,unable to stimulate the customer manager's subjective initiative,still has the similar " The phenomenon of "big pot rice"Therefore,how to establish a scientific customer manager performance appraisal system,overcome the existing problems in the current customer manager performance appraisal,in order to mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of the account manager,encourage their potential and enthusiasm to expand the market,Stabilization of account managers is the top priority of bank management.Based on this,this paper makes a research on the performance assessment of the customer manager of Nanyang Commercial Bank,and puts forward the improvement measures and suggestions according to the objective environment at the present stage,in order to improve the performance appraisal of the customer manager of Nanyang Commercial Bank in Qingdao branch and provide reference for the ongoing reform of the customer's performance appraisalBased on the analysis of the current situation of customer manager performance appraisal in Qingdao Branch of Nanyang Commercial Bank,the following problems are found:the target of performance appraisal is not clear,the evaluation index and weight setting are lack of scientific rationality,and the main body of assessment is single.The performance appraisal index system is not transparent and the evaluation result has not been applied effectively.There are many reasons leading to the problems in the performance appraisal of customer manager in Qingdao Branch of Nanyang Commercial Bank.There are not only the reasons of the subject of the appraisal,but also the influence of the characteristics of the post of the customer manager and the social environment.On the basis of above design Nanyang Commercial Bank Qingdao Branch account manager assessment system.And from the cultivation of the right From the aspects of performance appraisal culture,improving the performance appraisal ability of relevant departments,improving the internal fair sense of the customer manager and achieving the reasonable allocation of the account manager resources,the paper puts forward the implementation guarantee of the performance appraisal system of the customer manager in Qingdao Branch of Nanyang Commercial Bank.
