Study On Famers Double Structural Differentiation Trend

Since the reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in the rural social structure and peasants began to differentiate, from the beginning "leave without leaving home", then "leave with leaving home". In the new century, from the beginning year of 2004, releasing 10 Central "No.1 document" to introduct the work of agriculture, in the promotion of a series of policies, to further accelerate the differentiation of peasants, has become the most prominent phenomenon in the social changes in rural areas, wherein, outstanding performance for the peasants occupation differentiation and polarization of income. The peasant occupation differentiation for the performance of diversification, industry; income differentiation showed differences in the diversification of income sources and income level. This differentiation is the economic and social development to a certain stage, is also an important manifestation of social progress. Based on analysis of the new era of peasant occupation differentiation and income differentiation characteristic, discuss the interaction law of structure changes in Anhui province occupation differentiation and polarization of income and of the two, forecast the structure change of peasants differentiation trend in the future, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the trend of related decision-making department hold in rural China social change on the whole.The article can be divided into three parts, the first part mainly introduces the purpose, significance, mentality, methods and the theoretical of peasants differentiation. The concepts related to the research are defined, based on the analysis of the status, process and characteristics of Anhui province peasants differentiation since the reform and opening up.The second part is the empirical analysis on peasants "double" differentiation, mainly includes the peasants occupation differentiation and income differentiation, study on the trend of changes in the structure of peasants double differentiation. Firstly, based on the occupation categories of income distribution were divided into groups, measure the income gap. The gap between group differences calculated contribution to revenue rate, and then use the Logit model to determine the common factors influencing peasant occupation and income differentiation, estimate the factors influence the income differences in different critical level; Structure change on the future peasants double differentiation by using household survey data in Anhui province.The third part is based on the empirical results put forward the corresponding policy recommendations. The study found:(1) Degree of culture promotes peasant occupation and income differentiation; (2) Annual engaged in agricultural work time and age inhibiting peasant occupation and income differentiation. Based on these conclusions, this paper believes that mainly from the system, as well as education and training of agricultural industrialization to consider, promoting peasants employment to second and third industry, promote the occupation differentiation and then increasing economic income..
