Collaborative innovation is a realistic choice for the enterprises of Chinese Industrial cluster. However, in reality many enterprises of Chinese Industrial cluster lack collaborative innovation thinking. Some companies encountered many problems in the process of collaborative innovation,thus weakened synergy between enterprises, and even lead to failure of collaborative innovation. Collaborative innovation involving multiple subjects, only a clear specific responsibilities of each body in the collaborative innovation process and the type of mechanism and mode can achieve the high efficiency in the process of collaborative innovation, and therefore, according to the actual situation of the enterprise of Industrial cluster,and in order to improve innovation efficiency and success rate, it’s very important to choose the appropriate collaborative innovative mode Through the analysis on the collaborative innovative mechanism of the enterprise of industrial cluster that can clear the intrinsic relationship between collaborative process, on this basis, by summarizing the possible factors that have an impact on the choosing of collaborative innovation mode, and analyzing the collaborative innovation model of each enterprise in the industrial cluster can lead to super practical significance.The main contents of this paper is the collaborative innovative process of enterprise in the industrial cluster, collaborative innovation model and its applicability, the selection process of collaborative innovation model, the possible problems in the operation of collaborative innovation model.On the basis of reading and summarizing the theory of home and abroad on collaborative innovation、industry cluster and new institutional economics,firstly,analyze the properties、characteristics and content of industrial cluster,and then have a detail study on the content and the corresponding process and mechanisms of collaborative innovation,thus explore the collaborative innovation mode and its selection and operation.Finally,through the case of JinJiang footwear industrial cluster,highlighting the practical value and significance of this paper.
