《Research On Assessment And Dynamic Mechanism Of Technological Progress For China’s Postal Industry》

In recent years,the postal industry has been developing rapidly.In the background of the global economic recession and China’s economic growth slowed,the postal industry has gained great development driven by the continuous expansion of e-commerce.However,the rapid growth has also revealed the lack of production capacity and low level issues which currently exist in postal services,one of the main reasons of these problems is relatively backward scientific and technological progress,accelerate scientific and technological progress is the only way to solve the problem of the postal industry.To continuously strengthen the scientific and technologic work of the postal industry,we need to understand the status of the postal industry technology development and problems,and get the quantitative assessment of the postal industry’s technological development,then in-depth study the dynamic mechanism of technological progress in postal industry.However,there are few studies of the technological progress in postal industry,especially of the quantitative research of technological development.This paper will seek to fill this gap. This paper firstly defines the concept of technological progress and the type of postal services,then analyze the status situation and future development of the technological trends of China’s postal industry.On this basis,according to the production function model,this paper study the quantitative assessment of the universal postal service and courier industry,then make the comparative analysis.Based on the factors affecting the technological progress of China’s postal industry listed on the analysis,this paper study the dynamic mechanism of China’s postal sector to build scientific and technological progress.Finally,this paper promote the scientific and technological policy of China’s postal sector respectively from the industry level and enterprise level.This paper researches the scientific and technological progress of China’s postal services using the qualitative and quantitative methods.It has reference value for other technological research process.The conclusions can provide an important basis for the development of science and technology policy for China’s postal industry.
