Research on financial risk evaluation in food supply chain is a powerful combination offood supply chain and evaluation of financial risk in supply chain, and it is an importantresearch direction in the field of risk management in food supply chain. In the increasingcomplexity of the supply chain environment, The food-safety incidents happens frequently,supply chain and node enterprises suffered in these food-safety incidents, and even foodsupply chain ran in to trouble. Therefore, It has a profound and far reaching significance forfinancial risk evaluation in food supply chainIt is based on the existing research results of evaluation of financial risk in supply chainto sum up the basic characteristics of financial risk in the food supply chain,by researching ondefinition of food supply chain risk,risk management and risk evaluation,then the theoryframework of financial risk evaluation in the supply chain came up.In the stage of risk identification, Risk factors is found from two aspects of inside andoutside affecting financial risk in the food supply chain, Interpretive structural modelconstructed,after analyzing the influence between factors, the conclusion is: the uncertainty ofinformation is the key factor that affects the financial risk in the food supply chain.In the stage of risk assessment, it is composed of three parts: the construction ofevaluation index system, determine the weights, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.It is basedon the risk identification to search indexes from farmers, food processing enterprises,distributors, supply chain system, the external environment.There are twenty-fiverepresentative indexes,then evaluation index system constructed. It apply on1-9scalingmethod and Delphi method to determine the weight of indexs by the comparison ofSubjective weighting method and objective weighting method after considering to thespecific data of each node enterprise. It apply on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method tobuild the risk evaluation model.In the stage of the case analysis, the risk assessment model is applied on in the foodsupply chain to verify the validity of the model; financial risk monitoring in the food supplychain come forward: before the formation of the supply chain, it consider the financial risks and choose partners of core enterprise carefully; in the supply chain operation process,it ismonitored the financial situation of the node and the stability of the supply chain; when thenode enterprises appear serious financial risk or the risk of supply chain can not be control,itconsider to replace the node enterprises or terminate of the supply chain.
