The new-aged migrant workers have become the main city workers.They are eager toenter into the urban society, but encountered many difficulties.The social problems facingto the new generation of migrant workers, both a social problem, but also the academic hotissue.Most of the domestic scholars new generation of people of migrant workersencountered in the process of social integration problems tend to be due to a systemproblem, ignoring the initiative practice of migrant workers in the institutionalconstraints.The research method was a literature review, comparative analysis,investigation.Trying to master the academic generation of migrant workers, the latestresearch results and research status, a more profound understanding of the relevant issuesand comprehensive and provide more detailed information and statistical data-basedresearch.The innovation of this paper is that, combined with national policies andregulations, with particular emphasis on research;This study suggests that the systemconstruction is the external factors are essential to solve the problem, but that from theinternal generation of migrant workers body to fully enhance their own quality to proceed,it might be better to promote for the solution of the problem.Urbanization has brought rapid development of society, but it also brings a serioussocial problem is exacerbated by the difficulties in social integration.The new generation ofmigrant work as the backbone of China’s industrial workers, they aspire to modern urbanlife, but it is difficult to integrate into the city.Their group is characterized by:Young andbold, but fragile, with a significant feature of the young;Relatively high degree ofcultural;To adapt to the trend of social development and trends;Pay more attention to theindividual needs and development;Often hovering in the dual identity of the workers andpeasants; Wandering in urban and rural boundaries.They face many socialproblems:Difficult employment situation, the absence of social security, social integrationdifficulties, and weak stress coping.The quality of their own culture has not yet reachedless than the requirement to integrate into mainstream society;Vocational skills do not getsystematic training to improve;Legal concepts and literacy is generally low;Psychologicalresilience and self-mitigation capacity is too weak.In case of system construction is notfully developed, we have only through its initiative to enhance the cultural quality, to adaptto the requirements of modern urban civilization, social and cultural qualities ofcontemporary technology workers.Initiative to enhance the quality of their skills, continueto be systematic training and improve their career skills, enhance professional competence.Initiative to enhance the quality of their legal, full use of legal tools to activelysafeguard their own legitimate rights and interests, but also to constantly remind himselfnot more legal perimeter step.Take the initiative to improve their psychological quality,positive emotional state to deal with the treatment of a variety of pressures and problems,and gradually increase the psychological resilience and self-mitigative capacity.Strengtheninternal factors and subjective initiative for the solution of the problem will undoubtedlypromote the role.To improve the overall quality of both conducive to the generation ofmigrant workers to integrate successfully into the city, but also conducive to the promotionof urbanization, more conducive to the construction of a harmonious society.
