While enjoying theachievement of science and technology, people are also facing the threat of fire. Therefore, inrecent years, fire workers focus on building fire. This paper mainly study about large-scalehotel by analyzing and studying fire risk, also put forward an evaluation method of scientific,reasonable, feasible fire property loss, then applying the results of evaluation into hotel fireinsurance scheme.The paper mainly includes the following content:Firstly, this paper introduces the background of research and the research status ofdomestic and foreign about the fire risk assessment and property loss evaluation. At the sametime, the paper point out the fire threat in China’s large public places, realize thecharacteristics and the risk of large-scale hotel fire through statistics and analysis of the fireaccident.Secondly, the relevant theories of fire insurance are analyzed and studied in the paper. Aswell as describe the adverse selection and moral hazard caused by the asymmetric informationin insurance activities, and put forward countermeasures; The theoretical basis ofmathematical principles, fire risk assessment and the assessment of fire damage to propertyfor determining the rate of fire insurance have been explained briefly. Finally the paperintroduces the cooperation between the relevant insurance, fire agencies, and their specific jobresponsibilities.Thirdly, the fire risk evaluation index system is set up. According to the actual situationof a large hotel, the fire risk level of the hotel can be got by using "fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method" and "comparison method". Base on the theory of system safety event treeanalysis, the hotel fire property loss is quantified. Fourthly, base on the above analysis and conclusions, the paper formulate appropriateinsurance scheme and determine a reasonable premium rate combining with the actualsituation of hotel etc.
