Research On Evaluation Of General Aviation Enterprise Competitiveness Based On RBV

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, the aviation market is gradually opening up. The general aviation, an important part of China civil aviation, will be playing an increasingly important role in the economic development and social welfare undertakings. But at the same time, the general aviation is facing huge challenges, e.g., the slow development, the lack of development stimulus, etc. In order to activate and promote the rapid development of general aviation, it is necessary to carry on business strategy for the effective integration of resources, thus contributing to the sound development of the general aviation industry and enterprise.As composed of cells of the general aviation industry, general aviation enterprises have already had a certain amount of resource integration, however, their integration, which has still potential to evaluate the competitiveness of general aviation enterprises, has not been studied. Therefore, based on the general aviation current development, this paper, based on the resource-based theory, has make the following studies under the RB V guidance. First of all, the general aviation enterprise resources can be divided into two major categories of soft and hard resources, with soft and hard resource integration, general aviation enterprises resources integration ability can be formed, so as to enhance the competitiveness of general aviation enterprises. Second, based on the Chinese general aviation blue book, this paper has respectively re-defined different sub resources data of soft, hard resources integration capacity. With introducing AHP and entropy method mathematics analysis method to define the soft, hard and resources integration weight respectively, while through SCI and fuzzy mathematics method to define the soft, hard and resources integration value at the same time, this paper makes a foundation for general aviation enterprise competitiveness evaluation research. Finally, introducing Cabb-Douglas production function model, this paper has constructed the general aviation competitiveness evaluation model to calculate the general aviation enterprises based on RB V theory.With the Cabb-Douglas production function model to reference, this paper constructs an equation to calculate the general aviation enterprise competitiveness evaluation based on resource-based theory, while choosing Beijing General Aviation Co., Ltd as a trial target to prove this model’s rightness with the comparing Deer Jet and AVIC general aviation Co., as comparative analysis target. Therefore, this model will can also be used for general aviation enterprise to calculate its competitiveness value for self-diagnoses. Finally, this paper has made some useful proposals for the development of Beijing General Aviation and even for the whole Chinese general aviation as well.
